Customer Service Administrator - Croydon - Leading Employer - Full time - 6 months Fixed Term Contract

Our leading professional services client based in Croydon are seeking a motivated and customer focused candidate to work within there accounting function as a Customer Service Advisor/Administrator. Working as part of a team in a highly successful department, you will play a key role in responding to customer queries via both email and telephone and resolving billing and general account queries

6. Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm (can be flexible)
7. £NEG up to £25.6k + extensive benefits + 33 days holiday + Birthday leave
Duties include:
8. Respond to customer queries via phone and email relating to payments
9. Investigations / issue resolution
10. Update internal systems
11. Data entry and systems updates
12. Manage and prioritise high volumes of emails and calls
13. Produce correspondence to customers where needed
14. Process transactions relating to customer payments
Experience needed:
15. Proven customer service experience (phone and email)
16. Experience with supporting customers with bills, payment or similar
17. Keen to learn new processes and develop new skills
18. Organised, motivated and able to work well under pressure when needed
19. Competent IT skills an able to learn new systems
20. Local to the area or within reasonable commute
21. Customer focused with excellent communication skills
