We do offer sponsorship for this role - all applicants must hold a valid UK NMC pin.
For this role you must be fully flexible Monday to Sunday. You will be allocated shifts on a rotational basis. You must be able to work a combination of 8am -8pm/ 8pm -8am depending on day or night shift role.
You will not be able to provide us with your availability and we cannot allocate you your preferred shifts. Please consider this carefully before applying.
The Home
Pond Park Care Home is situated on the rural outskirts of Lisburn in a lovely scenic area. It is a 52-bedded care home split over 3 units including General Nursing and General Dementia Nursing. The staff at Pond Park Care Home holistically exhibit a trained and committed team who work collaboratively across the Home. Varying cultural backgrounds bring together different experiences and specialties to provide a very high-quality service based on friendship and support. The Role - bank only
The role of a Registered Nurse in our services is a key position in our mission to provide excellent and inclusive care. The Registered Nurse is a leadership role, playing a vital part in managing the care of our residents and providing high-quality and person-centred care. The Registered Nurse will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans tailored to the individual needs of our residents.

About The Role
Main Responsibilities
* Delivering person centred care to each resident
* Assess and monitor the physical health of residents within care plans
* To offer support and supervise all care staff or new recruits
* Ensure effective communication of any concerns relating to resident care
* Complying with relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
* Undertake any other duties that may be reasonably required as designated by the Home Manager

Desired Criteria

* Experience gained in a care home setting
