Job Description:
Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to the marketing team and broader business operations
2. Assist with go-to-market planning and execution of campaigns
3. Liaise with suppliers, partners and internal teams
4. Oversee the processing of online orders and coordinate shipment logistics across departments
5. Manage the procurement and distribution of printed marketing materials
6. Maintain accurate records, databases and correspondence for marketing projects
7. Assist in event coordination and promotional activities
8. Prepare reports, presentations and marketing media
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
10. Provide refreshments for management and visitors as requested
11. Perform other duties as required based on business needs
Skills & Experience Required
1. 1 year of administration experience in a corporate setting would be essential to be successful in this role.
2. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
3. Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and eCommerce platforms
6. Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
