The post holder will work as an integral member of the HR Operations team, supporting other team members with HR service delivery and liaising with appropriate staff and managers to resolve issues as and when necessary.
The post holder will provide administrative support in a variety of areas of HR work including producing reports from workforce data, preparing documents, processing orders, photocopying, dealing with enquiries via the HR Advice line and inbox, and inputting activity data using Trust information systems.
This role will require cross-site working at all BWC Trust sites.
To provide a support and administrative service to the HR Operations Team. Be able to work autonomously, making judgements and decisions as appropriate, with People Advisor for reference.
Understand the timeframe for essential workforce KPI reporting and provide statistical reports from databases on HR information.
To provide cover for HR Operations Team colleagues in times of absence and assist others in the team.
To maintain the highest standards of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and treat colleagues sensitively and with compassion.
Understand the Trust’s key priorities and those of the Department and how these translate within the area/team.
