Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated HRIS Advisor to help optimise and enhance the use of our Human Resources Information Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy of our HRIS within our Not For Profit organisation.\n\nClient Details\n\nThis is a large organisation based in Manchester, known for its reputable standing in the Not For Profit sector. With a strong emphasis on community and social impact, this organisation prides itself on its commitment to delivering excellent services and creating a positive environment for all its employees.\n\nDescription\n\nProvide HRIS system support, including researching and resolving HRIS problems and unexpected results.\nTo develop and maintain reporting tools to meet the HR needs of the business.\nProduce a range of statutory and statistical returns, including HESA, Gender Pay Gap, Sickness/ Absence survey, and benchmarking.\nDevelop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation for the HRIS.\nCollaborate with HR colleagues to ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analysing data flows for process improvement opportunities.\nRecommend process improvements and innovative solutions, including system enhancements.\nEnsure all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws.\nResponsible for the day-to-day operational management of HR Systems and functionalities.\nParticipate in HR projects as required by development and maintenance of HR systems and related Intranet pages to assist in the process of new content by relevant stakeholders where applicable.Profile\n\nA successful HRIS Advisor should have:\n\nLevel of education equivalent to a degree/ NVQ Level 4 or relevant background.\nAbility to present complex technical information to suit users abilities.\nProficiency with HRIS systems and reporting tools.\nExcellent analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets.\nAbility to analyse and report on data.\nStrong understanding of HR processes and data.\nExcellent technical expertise in HR system outputs and other systems.\nTechnically advanced in Excel, reporting, analysis and HR systems included SQL, Oracle Fusion HCM or SAP HR.\nAssistance with a system implementation.\nAbility to commute to Manchester.Job Offer\n\nImmediate start opportunity.\nAn estimated salary starting from £30,805 - £34,132 per annum.\nThe opportunity to contribute positively to a Not For Profit organisation.\nA supportive and inclusive company culture.\nGenerous holiday leave arrangement.\n6-month Fixed Term Contract.We invite all interested HRIS Advisors looking to make a difference within the Not For Profit sector, based in Manchester, to apply.
