About the role
This is a newly created role with the opportunity to be a key contributor to a high-impact function. Reporting to the VP of Sales Operations, you will support process accuracy, deal efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, and Legal. If you enjoy working through operational details and ensuring deal quality at scale, this is a great opportunity to contribute meaningfully to sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Sales team on a wide range of transactions, including SaaS conversions, product swaps, and ramp deals, by validating pricing, contract terms, and billing structure.
* Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to review deal structures, identify potential red flags, and ensure a smooth internal approval process.
* Monitor and manage the Sales Desk queue, organizing reviews based on volume, complexity, and timing needs.
* Assist with the implementation and refinement of Salesforce validation rules to ensure necessary quote modifications trigger re-review before customer delivery.
* Help track and analyze Sales Desk metrics including turnaround times, frequent contract exceptions, and recurring deal structure challenges to support continuous improvement.
* Partner with Sales Enablement to provide feedback on training materials for AEs regarding policy updates, pricing guardrails, and contract workflows.
* Serve as a quality control checkpoint, reviewing deals before they are submitted to customers, ensuring compliance with internal processes while maintaining deal velocity.
About You
* 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles supporting deal desk or quoting workflows.
* Familiarity with SaaS pricing models, contract terms, and enterprise deal structures.
* Experience working with Salesforce, especially CPQ-related processes, quote creation, and approval workflows.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret financial and contractual terms and apply them accurately to quote reviews.
* Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Finance, and Legal.
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.
* Process-oriented mindset with an interest in improving tools, templates, and workflows for scale.
* Self-motivated and highly organized, with a commitment to operational excellence.
