Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and circumstances.
Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and family members.
Provide counseling and support to clients dealing with emotional and social challenges.
Coordinate with community resources and services to assist clients effectively.
Advocate for clients' rights and access to social services and support systems.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client cases and treatment strategies.
Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
Valid state licensure as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant social work setting.
Strong knowledge of social work principles, practices, and ethics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proficiency in case management and advocacy techniques.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £22.51
Location: Derby, Derbyshire
