Based at Nicholson House in Maidenhead, your days will be filled with meaningful visits to clients in their homes within the local community.You’llneedtohave a carto travel to your appointments.
And whilewemostlycatch-upvirtually, occasional in-person team meetings, training sessions, or other service-related gatherings maytake place at our office base.
• UndertakingMemory assessments of patients and conduct semi-structured interviews with family members and others involved in a patient’s care.
• UsingMemory assessment cognitive tests
• Assessingcurrent risks andidentifyhow the risk and patient health needs would be best met.
• Promotingand developingevidence – based practice working within NICE guidelines.
• Collaboratingwith members of the integrated Older Adults Mental health team to provide advice and support whererequired.
• Supervisingjunior staff and students.
