Your Team:

As part of our Account Management function, you will work closely with customer leadership teams, internal stakeholders, and industry experts to shape the future of HR, Payroll, and Finance solutions. Your expertise will help businesses unlock value and drive transformation through MHR’s innovative cloud solutions.
Your Impact:
In this role, you will be at the forefront of MHR’s success, building strategic partnerships and helping customers achieve their goals. You will:
1. Build strong relationships with customer leadership teams, understanding their challenges and opportunities.
2. Position MHR’s strategy and solutions to senior stakeholders.
3. Develop joint vision roadmaps with customers, outlining the value MHR delivers.
4. Drive pipeline growth by identifying new opportunities and positioning MHR solutions effectively.
5. Engage with C-level executives to articulate MHR’s strategic value proposition and close deals.
6. Maintain accurate tracking of customer activity in Salesforce.
7. Ensure customers are referenceable by delivering exceptional service and value.
8. Conduct regular customer visits every 90 days.
9. Collaborate with Customer Success to resolve escalations and maximise ROI for customers.
