About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Psychology Lecturer to join our team at a well-established Further Education College in South West London. This temporary, part-time position requires teaching two days per week, providing high-quality education and support to our students. The role involves teaching both GCSE and A-Level Psychology.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and comprehensive psychology lectures and seminars.
* Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
* Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Support students in their academic and personal development.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience.
Requirements:
* A degree in Psychology or a related field.
* Teaching qualification and experience in a similar role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students.
