I am recruiting on behalf of an excellent non-profit employer! I am seeking a dedicated and professional Temporary Receptionist for my client based in Prescot. This is a full-time position with an immediate start, offering an hourly rate of £14ph inclusive of holiday pay.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting and welcoming visitors
* Answering and directing phone calls
* Managing the reception area
* Handling incoming and outgoing mail
* Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Professional appearance and demeanour
This is a fully on-site role, working 8-5 Monday-Friday. Covering a minimum of 4 weeks, there are prospects for extension for exemplary candidates! With an hourly rate of £14ph PAYE inclusive of holiday pay, free on-site parking and excellent on-site facilities, this is a stand-out employer with a fabulous culture.
