We have an exciting opportunity for a Staff Nurse with breast experience (Band 5 equivalent) to join our Breast Team here The London Clinic, providing a high quality outpatient service in our Breast Clinic.

Job Profile
* Job Type: This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday
* Salary: The salary range for this role is £34,714 - £44,458 per annum (inclusive of London Weighting and shift enhancements), depending on skills and experience.

Duties & Responsibilities
The post holder will facilitate the provision of a co-ordinated, high quality outpatient service in consultation with the breast team. Responsibilities will include;
* To coordinate smooth running of breast clinics on a daily basis
* To work clinically and to adhere to the NMC Code.
* Ensuring that the department is efficiently and effectively managed at all times. Working with both senior and junior staff in co-ordinating and delivering quality standards of nursing care.
* Work collaboratively with the Consultants and key stakeholders to develop and deliver high quality, evidence-based care
Skills & Experience
* NMC registered nurse with some post registration experience
* Demonstrable experience within an OPD setting
* Experience in surgical wound management
* Some experience in surgical breast patients
* Desirable to have course in wound management and 4-layer bandaging
