The role is ideally suited to an experienced supplies supervisor who has an understanding of the logistical landscape within the NHS.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can problem solve & adapt to change in a positive constructive manner. Candidates should possess a strong “Can do” attitude and the ability to engage stakeholders both internally & externally.

• Deal with external and internal queries. This may include providing complex or sensitive non clinical information or advice to patients or relatives, who may be anxious or have cultural or language difficulties in understanding.
• Maintains working relationships within own and other departments to facilitate an effective service
• Use judgement to deal with a range of routine and non-routine problems that may arise, and only exceptionally refer very complex issues to the appropriate person.
• Responsible for developing, maintaining efficient electronic and manual filing systems.
• Responsible for the maintenance of accurate data on hospital systems as appropriate, and creating reports as requested.
