The role of Senior Geotechnical Engineer (Project Engineer) involves the planning and management of offshore geotechnical site investigations from a technical perspective, followed by supervision of extensive onshore laboratory testing campaigns tailored to comprehensive site/soil characterisation reporting. Your role will primarily based in the onshore office in a supervisory role. You will lead individual projects, mentoring and realising the potential of other engineers in your team, you will collaborate with members of other departments and work closely with our in-house Geotechnical Laboratory to achieve success. You will be encouraged to think outside of the box and drive forward innovation and R&D initiatives to enhance workflows and overall data analysis and engineering quality / productivity. The Person: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field. Experience as a Geotechnical Engineer (offshore desirable, but not essential) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
