Process departmental/site expenses Control all head office/site communications Control all administration aspects associated with classified workers (PHE) Liaise with Company Car Fleet Administration with respect to company vehicle requirements for site staff & arrange car hire when required. Monitor holidays & sickness Hospitality duties; organise lunches and refreshments for meetings and visiting customers. Mail duties, inbound and outbound. Entering timelines & wages for the designated area, prepare folders, process invoicing & prepare closed jobs for “sign off”. Answering incoming telephone calls, dealing with any enquiries and redirecting calls accordingly Liaise closely with the other Admin Assistants, offering support for key duties during periods of holidays or absence and working as an effective team player. Skills/Experience required: Ability to manage time and prioritise workload and be able to work under pressure and take on several concurrent tasks Attention to detail Track record of having worked successfully in a busy office environment Ensure all work undertaken is of a high quality, to agreed targets and timescales. Desirable: Previous experience working in an engineering / construction industry
