Job Title: Office Administrator Location: High WycombeSalary: £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm Bonuses, 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension, About the Role : This is a varied administrative role that will see you working closely with the Brand Director, covering general administration duties and acting as a key point of contact for European suppliers. You’ll be coordinating logistics, supporting procurement, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities : Act as the main liaison for multiple European suppliers Communicate efficiently between the sales team and suppliers Support procurement and logistics planning Prepare and manage import/export documentation (training will be provided) Assist with hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and general admin for the Brand Director Provide office administrative support across departments Help resolve stock issues and coordinate brand-related tasks Ensure smooth internal communication and assist in improving processes Qualifications and Skills Required : Strong background in administration or procurement. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks Confident communicator with a problem-solving mindset Full UK Driving License Full right to work in the UK Package : £28K - £32K Salary Bonus paid twice a year 23 days holiday plus bank holidays.
