Confirmation & Rescheduling : Confirm appointments with clients promptly and professionally, handling any rescheduling requests efficiently. Calendar Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment calendars for the Financial Advisers, ensuring smooth scheduling and efficient use of their time. Client Communication: Deliver outstanding customer service by answering phone calls and emails promptly, addressing client enquiries with courtesy and professionalism. Knowledge Development : Actively learn about the Clients services to effectively communicate with clients and manage their queries. Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and generate reports as required to support the Appointment Booking function. What we need from you? Previous experience in a phone based customer service role, ideally in financial services or other professional services, is essential Have a confident and professional phone manner Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Can thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently with a strong focus on accuracy.
