Job Overview
Reporting directly to the Director of Network Services, the Regional Operations Manager's responsibility is to ensure the Tyre fitter network is capable and willing to work with DTM in the execution of DTM's service commitments to customer SLAs. This is achieved by ensuring network members have the required operational capability and remain compliant with the current operating legislation and industry good practice guidelines and can operate effectively within their geographic area.
Additionally, the role supports the Sales & Account Management teams in managing specific customer requirements, focusing on compliance, cost management, service quality, and tyre asset optimization.
Responsibilities
* Manage the network members' performance on a monthly basis ensuring tyre policy adherence, job acceptance performance, issues raised, and compliance with DTM policy and specific customer SLAs is maintained.
* Ensure the geographical coverage of fitters is maintained in their region of responsibility.
* Respond to and act upon the network log feedback from various departments within the business.
* Support the management of supply chain costs for fixed-price contracts.
* Manage the stock and optimum utilization of Part Worn Tyres held by Service Providers.
* Conduct audits of actual fitment vs job sheet as required.
* Perform fleet and tyre audits and measure KPIs on customer fleets as required.
* Ensure process adherence in line with business ISO accreditation and current operational requirements.
* Evaluate specific product performance as requested by the Sales and Account Management team.
* Support the Sales and Account Management team in attending customer meetings on specific operational requirements.
* Resolve account management tasks and queries.
* Act as a network liaison between Service Partner and Customer as requested by the Sales and Account Management team.
* Identify new business opportunities and pass onto the Sales team.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with Service Partners.
* Attend regular Service Partner meetings and document actions.
* Provide training as and when required on DTM systems.
* Gather defined tyre pricing information.
* Work to support the delivery of a seamless customer onboarding and implementation process.
* Undertake customer fleet audits to identify opportunities for extending asset life in line with cost benefit.
* Manage a smooth change of service providers as required.
* Contribute ideas for improving the network offer.

Additional Information
The fundamental component of this role requires national coverage. It will be based within a specified geographical area, subject to change due to business and customer demands. Overnight stays will be a critical element to allow the successful completion of this role.
