An exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join a market-leader in footwear and foot-care products The Marketing Manager will take ownership for creating and implementing our marketing and eCommerce strategy, leading the team and giving direction to external agencies. This will be a hands-on Marketing Manager role in planning and delivering digital and print marketing campaigns to drive sales, taking responsibility for eCommerce activity through the companys websites, building the profile of the businesses and helping position us as a thought leader in podiatry. Key areas of responsibility: Develop and implement the companys brand, marketing and eCommerce strategies across digital and print media Plan and agree clear schedules of marketing activity for both consumers and professionals Ensure both internal and external collaborators work together to meet deadlines and deliver the marketing plan on time. Lead, motivate and develop the Marketing team Provide evidence-based decision making and comprehensive activity and results reports to the senior management team. Manage relationships and responsibilities with partner agencies providing PPC, SEO and Marketplace (Amazon, eBay etc.) services etc. Develop a strong social media presence This role will directly manage the following roles: eCommerce Executive Graphic Designer New position Digital Marketing Executive/Assistant Office based in Brackley and will require presence in the office.
