The Digital Product Designers play a vital role in the design, development, and performance of the Virgin Atlantic portfolio of digital products. As part of a multi-disciplined design team, they contribute at each stage of the digital design process: concepting, researching, prototyping, testing, and delivering high-fidelity visual designs while collaborating with our in-house Digital Development & Delivery team.

Some of your key responsibilities as our Digital Product Designer will be:
1. Design and deliver product roadmap: Deliver the Virgin Atlantic digital roadmap through design strategy and execution, working collaboratively with Digital Development & Delivery.
2. Concept new products and solutions: Help the business solve new problems, following best practices in design thinking to create innovative solutions to user needs.

In addition to the above, we are looking for our successful candidate to demonstrate the following:
* Experience of designing and delivering high-quality digital experiences, ideally in an agile environment.
* Experience across the spectrum of product design, including running and interpreting user research, prototyping and testing solutions, and designing interfaces.
* Good commercial sense, with the ability to understand and balance business, design, and user needs.
* Excellent communication skills, including experience of influencing and persuading others.
* Evidence of leading best in class brand standards and enhancing digital style guides.
* Excellent design and prototyping skills in Figma.
* Hands-on knowledge of Design Systems and Pattern Libraries.
* Good working knowledge of WCAG2.1AA accessibility standard.
* Knowledge of interaction design principles.
* Experience of working in a team, supporting others and working flexibly.
