Job Description
Role Overview:
As a Recruiter at Home Instead, you’ll play a key role in managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to creating compelling job campaigns. You will work closely with local communities and attend job fairs, events, and presentations to ensure we attract the best talent. You will be a critical part of our recruitment strategy, helping us to continue delivering outstanding care services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute innovative recruitment campaigns both online and within local communities to attract high-quality candidates.
* Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, creating an engaging and positive recruitment journey.
* Source candidates proactively across a range of platforms, including social media, e-marketing, and local events.
* Build and nurture relationships with key community groups, local businesses, and potential candidates.
* Attend job fairs, host recruitment events, and deliver presentations to raise awareness of Home Instead as an employer of choice.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
* Recruitment experience required
* A valid driving licence and reliable vehicle (as the role involves travel within the community).
* A proven track record of attracting high-calibre candidates.
* In-depth knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and recruitment marketing strategies.
* Highly self-motivated, organised, and resilient with excellent communication skills.
* Proficient in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office.
* Experience managing recruitment campaigns and strong understanding of recruitment legislation, including DBS checks, references, and Right to Work processes.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure.
* A collaborative team player who thrives in a results-driven environment and enjoys building lasting relationships.
