Job Description
Must be a very knowledgeable ServiceNow architect with 5 years of ServiceNow architecture assignments
Must be expert in implementation design (CSDM) and planning
Must have broad customer experience (know what most customers do as best practice)
Must have gravitas and hold the room
Must have excellent documentation skills
