Our client, a leading multi-discipline specialist contractor, is currently seeking an experienced M&E Contract Supervisor (electrical bias) to join their team. This opportunity is based in either Kings Lynn or Guildford, offering a chance to work on innovative and high-quality solutions across healthcare, education, leisure, and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
As an M&E Contract Supervisor, you will oversee M&E installations, interpret drawings, and ensure compliance.
Ensure site activities align with schedules and resolve operational challenges.
Assist in procurement, managing materials, and subcontractors.
Enforce site Health & Safety policies.
Supervise M&E site labour and maintain site records and progress reports.
Supervise teams, delegate tasks, and ensure work quality meets industry standards.
Support project teams in liaising with clients.
Essential Criteria:
Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E site supervision and labour coordination.
Experience in overseeing M&E installations and interpreting drawings.
Key UK certifications: SSSTS, CSCS Gold Card (Supervisor Level M&E), First Aid at Work.
Excellent site organisation and team leadership skills.
