We are now recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to work within our Global client's administration team based in the heart of Cheltenham.
As a Credit Controller, your role will sit within an experienced team of finance professionals who will support your growth journey.
The role involves business-to-business contact and is hybrid after training (2 days from home, 3 in the office).
Responsibilities:
1. Document Creation - Complete standard document templates for distribution both internally and externally without errors.
2. Data Entry - Fully and accurately view, enter, amend, update and submit data onto relevant systems.
3. Managing Information - Create and maintain electronic and paper files.
4. Departmental Reports - Review and update departmental reports, taking action as appropriate in line with procedures.
5. Reconciliation
6. Payments
7. Statements
8. Allocating
