If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you About the Role As a Plumbing Assessor (Performance Coach) at Activate Learning, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality training and assessment to apprentices across Berkshire and Surrey. You will work across a range of plumbing qualifications, providing flexible, engaging training and assessment within workplace environments. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering high-quality training and assessments to apprentices across Level 2 & 3 Plumbing Apprenticeships. Monitoring learner progression and development, ensuring they meet apprenticeship standards. Assessing practical skills and knowledge-based tasks to industry standards. Supporting apprenticeship recruitment, attendance, retention, and achievement targets. Administering assessments and contributing to internal verification processes Building strong industry relationships to enhance employability prospects for learners. What do you need to be a Plumbing Assessor at Activate Learning? To be successful in this role, you should have: NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent). Proven experience delivering Level 2 & 3 Plumbing Apprenticeships. Assessing qualification (A1, TAQA, or equivalent) or willingness to work towards one Current ACS Gas qualification. Strong mentoring and communication skills, with a passion for training and developing learners.
