We’re looking for a detail-oriented, experienced Finance Administrator. This part-time role involves processing daily sales invoices, managing purchase orders, covering credit control when required, and supporting general office duties.

Daily duties:
* Process daily sales invoices for customers
* Liaise with customers to obtain purchase orders
* Provide credit control support as needed
* Answer incoming calls and handle general inquiries
* Filing and other office tasks
* Support inter-departmental communication and tasks
What we are looking for:
* Previous Finance experience in a similar role
* Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
* Good numeracy and literacy skills
* Proficient with Sage software (preferred but not essential)
* Excellent telephone manner and adaptability
* Team player with a willingness to take on varied tasks
