Role Overview:
The role will involve working as part of our Head Office Admin team. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Welcoming clients and visitors to the office.
2. Managing meeting rooms, refreshments, and lunches.
3. Handling walk-ins, car parking, and hot desk bookings.
4. Sorting out post and assisting with other duties as they arise.
What We Look For:
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about client care and will greet our clients with professionalism and friendliness. Ideally, you’ll have some office administration and data entry experience, although this isn’t essential for the right candidate.
You should value and respect all team members and be committed to our values and behaviours. Strong communication skills and a willingness to engage in open and honest conversations are essential.
