We are looking for an agile and proactive Senior Content Executive with a positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit who can help us nurture this company culture. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing & Communications, based at our office in Didcot, Oxfordshire. We operate a hybrid working model: three or more days from the office, the remainder of the week from home. JOB PURPOSE Support OKA strengthening brand awareness, digital presence and customer engagement through the creation of engaging and performative editorial content and authentic brand and influencer partnerships. This role will own the strategic planning and creation of content with a digital first approach to content creation. This position requires a proactive approach to drive our content strategy forward via new ideas generation and implementation, a strong SEO foundation, and the ability to foster strong collaboration with cross-functional partners to support marketing campaigns and commercial KPIs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Evolving the editorial strategy, increasing focus on digital content that supports the marketing calendar and commercial priorities · Planning, developing and creating content stories that are underpinned by SEO/ performance objects and: o Enhances customer interaction o Enriches the brand story o Harmonises new season and brand campaign stories o Define purpose, pillar, audience and channel matrix for each piece of content · Planning and creating editorial content plans for the Marketing Calendar, developing ideas for engaging content stories with a consumer first mindset · Integrate intent-driven (SEO) content into plan, developing and delivering both brief and creative responses intended to drive targeted traffic to our website and seek opportunities to optimise all content to benefit from organic traffic · Briefing content asset requirements to the in-house Studio Team and third-party creators, ensuring best practices, key learnings and insights are applied · Tracking performance of all content, sharing reports on KPIs including engagement, assisted sales, visibility and ROI and evolving strategies based on this data · Conducting regular content gap analysis and audits, refreshing where necessary and exploiting opportunities · Work with both our Communications and Paid Media Teams to devise an amplification strategy to support our content plan · Work with Digital Team to evolve the presentation of content to best-in-class standard · Identifying and implementing content partnerships that effectively deliver our brand message to new audiences · Building specific partnership marketing content calendars to reflect key programs and product launches.
