As an experienced, qualified or QBE accountant with depth and breadth of experience within an accountancy practice, you'll enjoy the client-facing side of the job.Producing a set of accounts, tax computations, statutory returns and all those tasks that sole traders, partnerships and Ltd companies need from a reputable firm, you'll have a varied and interesting workload all whilst being supported by a small team.Someone who steps up as they grow, wanting to help team members and support the business owner, handling incoming queries and working unsupervised.The firm is relatively new but growing, and you'll bring the team to five, including the owner, a senior, a junior and an administrator.Oh, wait. Ideally, you'll work 37.5 hours a week, but if you're looking for four full working days or five days with shorter hours to accommodate school runs or the commute, for example, then you will be considered.
