Impact: As a Front of House (FOH) staff member, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and members. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations by providing administrative support, managing reception duties, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive individual who can multitask, problem-solve, and contribute to the positive environment of our co-working space. The main objective is to ensure that the business has a positive impact on our members and the wider community. Front of House: Greet and welcome all members, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, manage the reception, ensuring it is always tidy and well-organised; manage front-of-house processes, including guest passes, mail, and payments; handle incoming calls and enquiries, directing them to the appropriate contact; conduct tours; and help members with meeting setups. Studios: Onboard and support new studio members, assist with booking requests for studios and meeting rooms, and assist with technical support for studio's and meeting room bookings. Administrative Support: Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling and email enquiries, and assist with membership management and onboarding new members for the space; assist with day-to-day operations on the Nexudus booking system; raise with the facilities manager any maintenance/health and safety issues to ensure that the shared spaces are maintained to a high standard; and support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required. Events/Tech Assistance: Assist the community manager with event logistics and coordinate studio equipment use, set up and pack down facilities and tech equipment, and ensure proper reset of equipment after events.
