In the Purchase Ledger Clerk role you will be: Processing and authorising purchase ledger invoices Setting up and managing supplier accounts Reconciling statements and direct debit payments Handling supplier queries and ensuring timely payments Dealing with petty cash and completing credit card application forms Assisting with making group travel arrangements Providing reception duties and other administration duties as and when required To be successful in the role, you will need: Previous experience in a purchase ledger role Excellent, proven administration and organisation skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills IT skills – confident with Outlook, Word & Excel Positive and good-humoured nature Your Benefits: Job security with a permanent contract 4 days per week, Tuesday to Friday with typical working hours between 8.30am to 4.30pm (30 hours per week) Salary £19,200 per annum Lunch provided - full canteen available (you could even have a 3 course meal if you wanted) Based in Llandudno On-site parking 30 days holiday full time equivalent (24 days for this particular role, plus bank holidays) 2 weeks off over the Christmas period Support from a nurturing team The successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
