Job Summary
We areseeking a seasoned expert in implementing SAP Central Finance suiteof solutions for large companies to function as a Business SystemAnalyst in the Digital Finance Transformation Division of theDigital Finance Department (DFD). Digital Finance Department (DFD)is responsible for the coordination development and management ofinformation systems used in financial accounting treasury financialplanning & forecasting performance management and the entiresuite of digital solutions for the Finance Business line. Thedepartment personnel are multidisciplinary professionals with keyfocus on Financial Applications functional experience and ITtechnical background.
Digital TransformationDivision is responsible for providing program management servicesfor design coordinate the development test and rollout of groupfinance solutions. Group finance solutions leverage tools includingbut not limited to the following:
* SAP Central Finance
* S4/HANA TreasuryManagement (Cash Pooling Central Payments etc)
* S4/HANA Group Reporting & Advanced finance closing(AFC)
* Intercompany Hub for matching &reconciliation (ICMR and/or Blackline)
* Integrated Planning & Performance Management (SAP ornonSAP Planning solutions)
TheBusiness System Analyst is expected to facilitate importantbusiness outcomes such as acceleration of financial close enablefinancial transparency at Group and affiliate level drive corporateperformance and facilitate value realization with efficient cashmanagement by implementing SAP Central Finance Group Reporting andother related solutions. The Analyst will deliver such outcomesthrough structured implementation of SAP Central Finance and GroupReporting suite of solutions by working with corporate stakeholderssuch as IT facilitating affiliate integrations and providingcontinued support.
Responsibilities:
* Work closely with business teams to plandesign develop and roll out financial solutions using SAP CentralFinance and Group Reporting.
* Coordinate withaffiliate organizations to ensure smooth integration andtroubleshoot any data exchange issues.
* Assessand support implementation of SAP Central Finance and Reportingrequirements.
* Provide ongoing support andtroubleshooting for SAP modules to ensure accurate transactionprocessing.
* Configure reporting solutionsmanage master data and set up workflows.
* Analyze and resolve system issues collaborating with ITas needed.
* Generate comprehensive reports andfinancial statements according to standards.
* Stay updated on SAP updates and bestpractices.
* Participate in system upgrades andprojects.
* Document processes and maintain userguides for team knowledge.
* Stay informed aboutSAP Central Finance advancements and certifications.
* Communicate technical concepts effectively to diverseaudiences.
* Maintain and optimize digitalsolutions.
Requirements:
* This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
* Hold a Bachelors degreein finance or IT from a recognized program; advanced degree orprofessional certifications like MBA CMA CFA CPA preferred but notrequired.
* Possess 68 years of experience inimplementing SAPbased financial accounting systems.
* Have at least 4 years of experience specifically in SAPCentral Finance and Group Reporting solutions.
* Demonstrate a thorough understanding of implementingfinancial accounting systems including benefits articulationtechnical evaluation critical success factors and projectrisks.
* Have handson experience implementingSAP Central Finance and Group Reporting systems.
* Able to analyze financial accounting landscapes andprovide architectural options for implementingsolutions.
