Customer Service Advisor // Permanent // Fully office based // £29,000 per annum My client, a leader in luxury products for high spec interiors, are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join them on a full time basis. Within this role you will offer after sales support and assist with orders whilst in process. As a Customer Service Advisor, you should also ensure any technical issues are resolved and rectified, whilst ensuring the customer is kept up to date throughout the process. Role and responsibilities: Handling customer queries via phone, email, and online platforms promptly and professionally. Providing technical advice and troubleshooting support on products. Coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to resolve issues. Maintaining customer satisfaction by following up on cases and ensuring timely resolutions. Documenting interactions and case resolutions in the CRM system. Supporting sales consultants and contributing to training sessions with your technical knowledge. Staying up-to-date with new products and industry advancements to provide accurate advice. Experience and expertise: Proven experience in customer service, aftersales, or technical advisory roles, preferably luxury industry. Excellent communication skills to explain technical details clearly and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer resolutions. Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for outstanding customer service.
