About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Governance Specialist to join our team, responsible for developing and maintaining QA governance frameworks that meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
In this role, you will work closely with our Service Delivery team to establish processes that ensure high-quality control and transparency across all aspects of our operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design and implement QA governance frameworks to drive quality and efficiency.
* Develop and execute effective engagement strategies to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Serve as the key point of contact for all stakeholder inquiries related to the Test & QA Centre of Excellence.
* Analyze and report progress against Quality KPIs, identifying trends to inform strategic decision-making.
* Cultivate collaborative relationships with management teams to drive business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated expertise in establishing robust enterprise-wide test and QA governance frameworks in a regulated environment.
* Proven ability to manage resource demand, capacity, and utilization in a transformational environment.
* Experience in technology risk management and control, including compliance and audit processes.
* Strong track record of working with senior internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
