* Undertaking Assessment of young people who have offended and management of risk and safeguarding issues.
* Supervision and direct work with young people who have been remanded or sentenced to custody as directed by the court.
* Supervision and direct work with young people who have been given Court Orders which are to be managed in the community.
* Sentence planning for all young people whether in custody or managed in the community.
* Attending Youth Court as a YOS representative
A Qualified Social Worker with significant experience in Children's Services
* You will require knowledge of the latest policy and guidance around children's social care and safeguarding.
* A strong understanding of Youth Justice issues
* Be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, a head for complexity and be confident in sharing knowledge and ideas.
