What kind of work will you be doing?
Management of a multi-line switchboard dealing with calls politely and professionally, forwarding calls to respective personnel and departments as required.
Arranging local Taxi requirements for guests if required.
Greet visitors and guests professionally and determine the nature and purpose of their visit ensuring they sign in to the guest log book.
Direct / organise / accompany visitors/guests to appropriate destination.
Monitor visitors’ access and issue visitor passes via electronic means.
Sort daily outgoing mail, messages and ad hoc deliveries.
Processing of delivery dockets and ordering sundry material on Oracle software system. (Training will be provided).
Assisting Plant Manager and Project Manager’s with administration support when required.
Who are you?
A concierge or hotel receptionist looking for a Monday to Friday role. This role is perfect for someone who has worked in any kind of front of house or customer service setting.
