Our client, a leading Information Technology company, is seeking a talented and motivated Client Service Executive to join their team.
As a Client Service Executive, you will be an integral part of a support team, reporting directly to the Support Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include answering phone calls and emails from users, providing timely responses across multiple platforms. You will also create and maintain administration documents for the support team. Do not worry if you are new to the role - on-the-job training and online/offline resources will be provided to support your development.
