The Buffers started life as a railway station and was converted back in the late 1970's to a public house. It is situated in the beautiful village of Scholes on the outskirts of Leeds and is a firm favourite with the local residents.
The bar is the hub of the building with 4 differently zoned seating areas accessed from it, dining, bar, sports and a cosy area. Accessed via the sports and cosy area there is a good size beer garden that is a real suntrap for those lazy summer days.
The pub is currently taking approximately £8,000 per week however with a regular food offer and driving of the drinks sales it can achieve more.
The Buffers would suit an experienced community operator who has ability to drive sales through great customer service and a quality and consistent food offer. Experience of working with a branded food offer would be an advantage but not essential.
