Job Summary: We are excited to be seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Support Specialist to join our team on a hybrid basis. In this role, you will be working with our commercial team towards specific KPIs to increase and enhance sales & marketing activity. Main Roles and Responsibilities: • Commercial Support: Assisting the preparation of sales proposals, presentations and reports. • CRM Compliance: Ensure data integrity, accuracy and compliance. • New Business Support: Qualify and manage inbound leads • Customer Account Management: Handle customer inquiries and requests. • Lead Management Support: Convert marketing leads into sales qualified leads. • Collaboration: Support delivery of account plans. • Sales Reporting: Generate and analyse sales reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes. • Process Improvement: Help to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency. • Training and Support: CRM usage and best practices. • Marketing Support: Support for general marketing activities. • Events: Management of internal and external events. The ideal candidate will have: • Relevant work experience in telemarketing, sales, marketing, or promotions • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) • Strong organisational and ability to manage multiple priorities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to create and deliver social media marketing campaigns • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy • Keen business and commercial awareness • Ability to liaise effectively with different levels of stakeholders • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Additional desirable but not essential experience would include: • Experience in the technology or software industry • Agriculture Industry Knowledge and expertise • Familiarity with sales processes and terminology • Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights The Company Primetics provides comprehensive software solutions for production agri-business designed to enhance productivity and customer service through automating and streamlining tasks across the business.
