Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Repairs Surveyor to join an organisation to be responsible for the day-to-day running of works on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities of the Repairs Surveyor:
* Carry out inspections
* Manage the budget, value and certify works
* Survey buildings and structures
* Report on housing defects
* Support the achievement of key performance targets in the region
* Ensure contracts are delivered in line with current health and safety legislation
* Monitor progress on defect and hazard rectification works
Essential Experience of the Repairs Surveyor:
* Previous experience relevant to the post
* Full UK Driving Licence
