Culture Trip has recently re-launched a commercial and creative partnerships team. As a new (and small) team there is a true entrepreneurial feel about it so we are looking for someone who thrives on this type of set up as well as loves everything creative.
Your role in helping us shape the future:
Culture Trip is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager who is as much at home running a large client meeting or film shoot as they are creating basic campaign reports. You will partner with our sales team and our partners to ensure the long-term success of our travel business. As a business we pride ourselves on leading the field when it comes to producing raw and authentic travel content across multiple platforms and (because of this) we find ourselves in growth mode.
Are you the type of person who maintains a positive, upbeat vibe even when deadlines are fast approaching? Do you have the ability to keep calm under pressure and keep internal teams motivated towards the same goal.
Do you ask for help? We are a team so keeping a problem to yourself is never a good thing. We want people to never mind asking for help - we all muck in, we all care about your happiness.
Do you enjoy brainstorming and coming up with brave (often mildly daft) ideas that scare you (almost as much as they excite you.)
Accountability: Do you care deeply about the success of a campaign?
If this describes you, apply for our exciting opportunity now!
Are you up to the challenge:
* Optimizing: Identifying where a campaign’s performance can be improved and optimising accordingly

* Responsible for onboarding new clients by collecting assets and troubleshooting the set up of campaigns.
* Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular campaign reporting.
* Thoroughly prepare for QBRs and other client calls and lead the conversation by sharing campaign performance insights as well optimization suggestions.
* Initiate upsell opportunities and work with clients on subscription renewals. Achieve exceedingly high renewal rates.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders including but not limited to product, design, sales and marketing.
