About the role As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you will undertake stock condition surveys (SCS) on our homes, garages & commercial stock accurately determining the current condition and consider the component life cycle to inform future investment needs. You will undertake HHSRS evaluations to identify and protect against potential risks and hazards to future proof the home to enable our tenants to remain independent and sustain their tenancies. About you You will have demonstrable practical experience of identifying opportunities for additional investment to reduce inefficiencies and losses. A detailed knowledge of planning regulations, building control and other statutory requirements is essential to ensure all compliance requirements are met. You will have the ability to plan effectively, solve problems quickly and shape and adapt services innovatively for the benefit of our tenants. Educated up to Level 3 in a relevant Surveying/Building Studies/Construction qualification, we will also support you to achieve accreditation in the HHSRS. Upon completion of your probation, we will fund a Level 5 qualification in a relevant discipline.
