Quattro Resourcing are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator on a 5 month Fixed term contract on behalf of our bespoke client based in Newmarket.
Key Duties
1. Invoice processing
2. Payment Allocation & Statement of Accounts processing
3. Produce Payment run reports
4. Email Remittance reports daily
5. Assist with management on financial accounts
6. Liaising with Operational teams on purchases
7. Processing sales orders
8. Assist the sales team with booking meeting rooms and customer visits
Requirements
1. Great attention to detail
2. Use of Microsoft Office especially EXCEL
3. Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
4. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
5. AAT Qualified (desirable)
6. Experience with SAGE (desirable)
7. Ability to meet deadlines
Working days/hours will be Monday to Friday (Apply online only) with 1 hour unpaid lunch.
