Job Title – Conference & Events Manager
Job Location – Glasgow City centre
Hours of work – 40 hrs per week including weekends
Salary – £30-35,000

Offering exclusive boardrooms and luxury conference and decadent event suites, catering from 3 to 350 people.
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Events Manager to manage the successful delivery of Events & conferences booked with us.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Conduct site visits and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the venue’s capabilities and benefits.
* Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure all details are accurately captured.
* Liaise with internal teams (operations, catering, technical staff) to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
Requirements
* Minimum of 2yrs experience in events management
* Food Handling & Hygiene certificates
* Ability to work under pressure
* Provide support and guidance to events staff
