Working closely with the Senior Programme Producer and other Programme
Producers, the Programme Producer will lead on producing projects, maintaining
relationships with artists and oversee the running of projects.
We are aware that applicants may not feel that they have experience in all areas
of the role description or meet all of the features of the person specification.
We are able to offer training and development opportunities to support the
right candidate to grow into this role.
We are particularly keen to receive applications from people of colour and
disabled applicants, in recognition of the fact that these groups are currently
underrepresented in the sector, and can guarantee an interview for all those who
demonstrate how they meet the ‘essential’ criteria.
Please let us know in your cover letter whether you qualify for a guaranteed
interview.
