MIG Welder, Verwood, £16 per hour
Purpose
As a MIG Welder, you’ll be an essential member of our production team, responsible for welding and fabricating components metal parts machinery. This role will involve reading technical drawings, ensuring high standards of workmanship, and working with various metals to produce robust, durable equipment.

You responsibilities as a MIG Welder
Performing MIG welding on large machinery and components based on technical specifications.
Working with a variety of metals including steel to fabricate parts.
Ensuring welds meet the company’s high standards of quality and safety.
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Operating welding equipment and carrying out basic maintenance.
Inspecting completed welds and fabrications to ensure they meet all necessary criteria.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
Your experience as a MIG Welder will include
Experience in MIG welding, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing setting.
The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with working with steel and other metals.
A commitment to producing high-quality work with attention to detail.
An understanding of health and safety standards in a workshop.
