The purpose of this post is to provide secretarial and administrative support to the service via the Service Manager, to enable adequate systems and procedures to be maintained and monitored.,
* Welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner, ensuring that they adhere to the scheme's health, safety and fire procedures.
* Answer the telephone in a friendly and professional manner, taking and forwarding messages as necessary.
* Provide administrative support to the service, dealing with general correspondence and maintaining accurate and up to date records.
* Prepare letters relating to rent arrears, credits, refunds and end of tenancies.
* Create sign up of tenancy packs, including tenancy agreements, support and wellbeing contracts, core forms, census forms, and any other relevant paperwork.
* Receive, record and store monies received, and bank these weekly, including administering the Tenants Finance System
Have a minimum of 6 months experience within an administrative role.
* Have previous experience within a customer facing role, dealing with difficult and complex situations.
* Be computer literate and have knowledge on all Microsoft Office applications.
* QCF Level 2 in Business Admin or willing to join the Orwell Academy to work towards this qualification., 5 GCSEs A-C or equivalent including English and Maths.
* QCF Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent or work towards
* Computer literate (all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook), Disability Confident
