The service operates 24/7 with 12.5 hour standard shifts. As a Healthcare Assistant on our bank you’ll be on a zero hour contract, giving you the freedom to choose which shifts you want to work each week.

Wellesley Hospital is a purpose built 73 bed hospital in the South West for men and women with mental health problems. On the same site there is a separate 13 bed service for people with a learning disability who may present with mental illness, personality disorders and an autistic spectrum condition.
