Working for this widely respected estate agent as either Sales Negotiator or up to Associate Partner level, you’ll be the person making things happen. You’ll be regularly communicating with vendors and potential buyers to tie up loose ends and bring sales together. Salary – £25,000 - £35,000 Basic (DOE) + Commission – 35-45K+ OTE
Location – Oxford
Role Type – Full time / Permanent / 8:30-5 / Mon-Fri + 1 in 4 Saturdays (9-1)

The Role
You’ll help to ensure new business is managed effectively by producing market appraisals for new vendors, keeping regular contact with them and providing updates. This gives you the opportunity to look after your own portfolio of clients and properties.
This role will also see you arranging viewings, speaking with prospective purchasers and negotiating offers.
You’ll be all over the database, ensuring applicants are managed and updated on new property listings whilst ensuring all customer details are up to date.
For Associate Partner level applicants, your targets will be higher and you’ll be expected to train new starters. In return, you come in at the higher basic salary level and have higher OTE potential.
