Salary: £22,500 – £25,000 depending on experience
Full-time office-based
I am assisting my client who is looking to add to their coordinating team based on the outskirts of Southend. These modern offices offer free parking and the opportunity to join a friendly team.
You will speak with commercial customers and adhere to service level agreement needs, coordinating for the right engineer to be at the right location to carry out reactive repairs or planned services. You will have training and support from your Team Manager.
Duties will include:
1. Account managing your client
2. Coordinating Engineers' diaries scheduling planned and reactive maintenance
3. Liaising with a sub-contractor network
4. Answering telephone enquiries
5. Inputting calls onto a database system
6. Updating clients
7. Producing purchase orders
8. Checking progress
Full training will be provided if you have some telephone and administrative experience. A competitive salary will be offered to a more experienced candidate.
